Bee Pretti Hair is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

Due to COVID-19, shipping times may vary; however, we are working hard to get your hair to you as soon as possible. Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. 

 

All wigs are custom made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. 

 

A signature is required to confirm delivery. If you will not be home to retrieve your package please make arrangements at your local post office for pickup. 

 

Tracking information will be emailed to the email attached to your order the day your order ships out.
